About
A hospital system built around one record.
Wellness is a hospital information system. It covers the work of a hospital end to end — patient access, clinical care, laboratory, imaging and pharmacy, inpatient, the revenue cycle, supply chain and finance — as one application over one database.
Why one record matters
Most hospitals run a registration system, a laboratory system, a pharmacy system and an accounting system, and spend real effort keeping them in agreement. Every interface between them is a place where a patient's identity, an order or a price can diverge.
Wellness takes the other approach. The encounter opened at reception is the object the physician orders against, the laboratory results to, the pharmacy dispenses against, the cashier collects on and finance posts to the ledger. Nothing is re-keyed between departments, because there is nothing to re-key.
What we hold to
The clinician decides
Wellness AI suggests, checks and drafts. It shows what each output was based on, needs a clinician's acceptance, and writes the result to the audit trail. It does not prescribe, diagnose or sign.
Access is checked on every action
Roles carry permissions down to the individual screen and endpoint, not just at login, and a user sees only the facilities they work in.
Every change is traceable
Orders, prices, stock movements, journal lines and AI overrides all carry who changed what, and when.
Configuration beats customisation
Forms, approval workflows, tariff rules and access rules are set by administrators. Arabic and other right-to-left languages, and a dark theme, are built in rather than bolted on.
Your data stays yours
Wellness runs on the database you already have, on your own servers if that is what your regulator or your board requires.

The clearest explanations of how the system behaves are in the notes: one visit through seven departments, where AI belongs in a hospital system, and why Wellness runs on the database you already have.
